(Business environment) The human factor is one of the main holes for cybersecurity, according to Google there has been a 600% increase in phishing emails. Working from home has increased since the pandemic and has caused us to handle a large amount of very sensitive information outside of work environments. Critical infrastructure (government agencies, hospitals) is often targeted, although four out of five medium-sized businesses and one out of five small businesses are also targets. The use of Trojans continues to be one of the most used resources. Six out of ten respondents want to expand their measures to ensure that their employees increase their security knowledge. We are more and more digitized in our daily lives, so the risk is increasing. AIs are beginning to be assault targets as well.
